The terms for using this website and ordering Pet Gentleman kits.

Accepting these terms

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the purchasing features.

Who can order

You must be able to enter a binding purchase and be ordering for delivery to a U.S. address. Please provide accurate billing, shipping and contact information.

Products and information

We work hard to describe our kits, prices and availability accurately. Product photos show contents by type; packaging may vary slightly. We may correct errors and update information at any time.

Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it doesn't guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order affected by availability, payment, address, pricing or technical issues, and we'll refund any amount charged.

Prices, payments, and taxes

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown during checkout when available. Payment must be authorized by one of the providers offered at checkout.

Shipping

We ship from our U.S. warehouse to U.S. addresses only. Carrier events and address problems may affect delivery after a parcel leaves fulfillment. See Shipping & Returns for current rates and delivery times.

Returns and refunds

Return eligibility depends on the request timing, item condition, hygiene limitations, and reason for return. Do not send an item back before receiving instructions. See the Refund Policy for details.

Using our products

Our kits are for routine at-home oral hygiene for pets. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease and do not replace veterinary examinations, advice, treatment, or professional dental care. Please read our Safety & Disclaimers page before use.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site, interfere with its security, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected areas or place fraudulent orders.

Intellectual property

Site text, branding, photos and software belong to Pet Gentleman or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Some photos are licensed from Unsplash and Pixabay.

Third-party services and links

Payment, delivery, analytics, social, and linked websites may be operated by third parties. Their availability, content, and practices are controlled by those providers.

Liability

The website and its content are provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that can't legally be excluded.

Changes, severability, and governing rules

We may update these terms for future orders and use of the site. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Applicable law and consumer rights depend on the circumstances and jurisdiction.
