Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Alaska, Hawaii and remote areas may take a little longer than the usual delivery window. We don't ship internationally at this time.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Most orders arrive 3–7 business days after dispatch. When your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking.

Shipping cost

Shipping is a flat $7 per order to any U.S. address. When your order contains two or more kits, shipping is free — the discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Address changes and cancellations

Email us as soon as possible with your order number. We'll do our best, but we can't promise a change once the order has been handed to the carrier.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

Email your order number, checkout email, a short description and clear photos. Please keep the packaging until we've reviewed it. We'll send a replacement or refund for anything that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Returns

Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Unopened kits in original condition can be returned. Because saline, finger wipes, swabs, brushing aids and toothbrushes are hygiene items, opened products can't be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. For ordinary returns, customers arrange and pay for return shipping. Pet Gentleman covers return shipping for items that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
